Het weer / The Weather:

 

Wow! What a long day.

 

We’ve been on 4 trains and 3 trams, and some of us got stuck going through the barriers at the station. We missed one train and had to wait for an hour for the next one. When we were waiting for the train, Ben, Hayley and Abby went to look for a few shops. While we were there, a man asked us if we had any spare change in a strange language. Ben then said “No were English we don’t understand sorry”
Hayley then started laughing and we had to escape!

 

After the final tram we walked 2 miles to camp, via McDonalds on the way. We got to camp and set up the site. In the evening we played football, collected wood and explored the site, had a small fire and went to bed for some much needed sleep.

 

A long day of travelling but well worth it now we are here!
Also Vanessa’s birthday tomorrow (Monday) and she is 15 years old! Happy Birthday!
