Payment - and annulment conditions

The booking-amount (= 1/3 part of the expected total amount due) has to be paid within one month after receiving your reservation confirmation, into:

mentioning the Reservation ID. The transfer costs are at your own expense.

By paying the booking-amount, you agree on the cancellation-terms and your reservation will be valid.

The rest of the amount has to be paid at least 1 month before arrival. The Wardens are allowed to cancel your reservation if the rest of the amount is not paid in time.

Terms for cancelling the reservation:

  • Cancellations have to be in writing always
  • Cancellations prior to 6 months before the visit are liable to € 25,00 administration fees.
  • In case of cancellations within 6 months before the visit, the deposit will not be returned.
  • Cancellations within one month before the visit the total amount due is to be paid.
