1 mixing bowl
1 whisk or a mixer
1 poring bottle
1 fork

Pour the milk in the mixing bowl and add
the poffertjesmix. Mix it with the whisk or

Let the poffertjespan warm upon the gas

and eat poffertjes with your group just
contact the summerstaff.

Today we went to an animal farm with a Clog (wooden shoes RED.) factory in Rotterdam.  There were a lot of animals, sheep, goats and pigs. There was a nice peacock that walked around on the site.

The goatmilking and cheesemaking was verry interesting aswell. At the clogfactory we could see how wooden Shoes are made and were made in the earley days. The clogmaker made a clog by hand and then one with te machines. Afterwards a few of us bought a pair of clogs to wear. It was a nice and fun day!
